Incredible Runout for Marin
Niveau 29
: Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Three players saw a flop of 7♠6♦2♣ and Roberto Marin jammed 975,000 from the blind into the pot of about 1,100,000. Jeffrey Smith made the call and Ted Beckwith got out of the way.
Roberto Marin: 8♦8♠
Jeffrey Smith: K♠K♥
Marin was in trouble but the 5♦ turn and the 9♣ river gave him a backdoor straight to double through Smith.
