Amiri Hits Two Pair on the River
Niveau 2
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Action picked up on the turn in a hand between Will Kassouf in the small blind and Ehsan Amiri on the button.
With about 3,000 in the pot and the board reading 9♣K♥A♦2♣, Kassouf bet 2,300 and Amiri called.
The river brought the 10♠ and Kassouf bet 5,000. Amiri thought for a moment before making the call.
Amiri tabled K♦10♣ for two pair, kings and tens, besting the pair of aces of Kassouf who had A♠7♠.
