Howard Hero Calls the River
Niveau 2
: Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
With about 8,000 in the middle on a board of 10♣A♥J♦7♥Q♣, Nicholas Howard checked and his opponent fired out a bet of 6,000.
After some thought, Howard flicked in the call and tabled J♠8♠ for a pair of jacks. His opponent turned over 6♣4♣, and the pot was pushed Howard's way.
