Zamani Loses Two in a Row
Alex Livingston limped in from the cutoff and the action folded to Martin Zamani in the big blind, who checked.
Several raises flew in on the Q♠7♥2♥ flop, ending up with Livingston all in for his stack of 3,010,000 chips.
Alex Livingston: A♥A♣Q♦10♠
Martin Zamani: A♦Q♥5♣4♥
Livingston's aces were the best hand and they remained so when Zamani missed his flush draw on the 3♣9♠ runout.
The next hand, Zamani and Andrew Watson were heads up in the blinds on a flop of 4♦10♦9♥. Zamani bet 300,000 and was called by Watson, after which the same happened on the K♠ turn.
The K♦ river then completed the board and saw Zamani slow down and check. Watson bet 700,000 chips, sending Zamani into a short tank.
"I don't think you have a flush," Zamani concluded before he tossed in a call.
Watson tabled A♦6♠6♥2♦ for the nut flush and raked in the pot and Zamani's cards hit the muck.
