Francisco Benitez Eliminated in 2nd Place ($260,403)
Niveau 36
: Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante
Left extremely short, Francisco Benitez moved all in preflop and was snap-called by Alex Livingston to put him at risk, a bracelet on the line.
Francisco Benitez: K♥Q♣J♥3♣
Alex Livingston: 10♠10♦7♦5♠
Livingston was ahead with his pocket tens, and the flop of 3♦4♠6♦ gave him the nut straight and a flush draw. The turn Q♦ further improved Livingston to a flush but also gave Benitez some hope with two pair.
Alas, the river bricked with the 7♥, and Livingston was awarded the victory while Benitez was eliminated in second place.
