On fourth street Kelsall bet and LaMonica called. On fifth street Kelsall bet again.
"Nice catch," LaMonica said. Then he raised.
"You say nice catch then you raise?" Kelsall asked.
"Yeah, I got a nice catch too," LaMonica said.
"Ok, well, I'm gonna raise you back," Kelsall said. He made it three bets and LaMonica called.
On sixth, Kelsall continued with a bet and LaMonica called. On seventh, Kelsall bet again in the dark. LaMonica checked his cards then folded 
face up.
"I'm gonna show you," Kelsall said. "Because I made a wheel, then drew another ace." He turned up 
and his wheel was good for a scoop of the pot, putting a dent in LaMonica's monster stack.
