Michael Mizrachi opened for 20,000 and got one call before Bruno Politano potted it and then got his 92,000-chip stack in against Mizrachi.

Politano: {j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Mizrachi: {9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}

The board ran out {5-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}, and Politano doubled through Mizrachi, who has lost some ground recently.

Yosuke Sekiya Doubles Through Darren Taylor

Niveau 19 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante
Yosuke Sekiya
Yosuke Sekiya

Yosuke Sekiya got his stack in before the flop against Darren Taylor, who had him covered by a wide margin.

Sekiya: {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Taylor; {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

A chop seemed plausible since both players had aces, but the board ran out {K-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{4-Spades} to give Sekiya the nut flush and double him up.

Michael Mizrachi Eliminated in 17th Place ($6,390)

Niveau 19 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante
Michael Mizrachi - 17th
Michael Mizrachi - 17th

Igor Sharaskin opened for 19,000 and got calls from the small blind and Michael Mizrachi in the big blind.

The flop was {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{6-Clubs}. Mizrachi potted it, which was practically all his chips, and Sharaskin went with him.

Mizrachi: {j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades}
Sharaskin: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}{k-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}

The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and the river the {a-Clubs}.

Mizrachi seemd to have lost momentum in the last few levels, unable to catch cards or a hand at a critical time. After spending most of his day in a strong position, the cruelty of tournament poker was once more spelled out.

William Migely Eliminated in 16th Place ($6,390)

Niveau 19 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante
William Migely
William Migely

William Migely got his stack in against Jesse Chinni on a flop of {Q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}, and Chinni had the larger of the two stacks.

Migely: {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}
Chinni: {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Spades}

Migely had the lead with his aces, but he had to dodge kings, jacks, and tens in order to double up. The {K-Spades} fell on the turn to give Chinni a commanding lead, and the {6-Diamonds} on the river gave him the pot, so Migley's deep run in this tournament came to a close.

Alex Foxen
Alex Foxen

Alex Foxen got his last 47,000 chips in the middle before the flop against Jesse Chinni, who had the larger of the two stacks by quite a bit.

Foxen: {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Spades}
Chinni: {A-Spades}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{6-Spades}

The board ran out {Q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{5-Spades}, and Foxen took the pot with his kings to double his short stack.

Alex Foxen Nearly Doubles Through Tyler Groth

Niveau 20 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Alex Foxen
Alex Foxen

With 59,000 chips already in the middle and the board reading {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, Tyler Groth checked from the small blind and Alex Foxen bet the pot from the big blind, leaving himself only about 12,000 chips behind. Groth called.

The {3-Clubs} fell on the turn and Groth checked. Foxen checked behind.

The river brought the {Q-Hearts} and Groth checked again. Foxen moved all in and after a few moments, Groth folded.

Foxen rolled over the {A-Diamonds}, and quickly thereafter the {4-Clubs} as well. He slowly inched his last two hole cards towards the muck, and just before releasing them, he flipped them over to show {J-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for the rivered nut straight.
