Ha Takes Sinclair's Stack in Two Hands

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Thai Ha
Thai Ha

Thai Ha is having a great day so far and right now he sits upon a 1.4 million-chip stack, after busting Jack Sinclair.

He needed two hands in order to achieve it, and in the first both players checked a {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop. The {7-Spades} came on the turn and Ha bet 35,000 with Sinclair calling. The {q-Hearts} completed the board on the river and Ha bet 75,000 this time with Sinclair folding his hand after some tanking.

A couple hands later, they were both in the blinds and Ha raised from the small blind to 30,000 and called when Sinclair made it 90,000.

The flop came {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and Ha led for 175,000, which were more than enough to cover Sinclair's stack. After some tanking Sinclair called and they went to showdown.

Thai Ha: {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Jack Sinclair: {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{4-Spades}

The {10-Hearts} on the turn and the {k-Clubs} on the river sent Sinclair to the rail, while built a chipleading stack.
