Riess Hands Over Another Bounty

Niveau 12 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Robert Kaggerud raised it up from the hijack and Ryan Riess shipped all in from the small blind for roughly a starting stack of 25,000. Kaggerud called to put Riess at risk in hopes of picking up a bounty.

Robert Kaggerud: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Ryan Riess: {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}

It was a coin flip and Kaggerud took the lead on a flop of {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}. The {6-Hearts} on the turn and the {2-Clubs} on the river changed nothing as Riess was eliminated once more.

Action River

Niveau 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

There was 8,600 in the pot and a completed board of {10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts} spread across the felt. Sam Higgs was the first to act and tossed in a bet of 8,400. Tobias Leknes called and Georgios Koliofotis raised to 25,000.

Higgs went into the tank for over a minute before making the call. Leknes also called and all three hands were tabled. Koliofotis showed {10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a flush which was good enough to beat Higgs' {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}. However, Leknes tabled {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for a bigger flush and was awarded the pot.

Double Knockout for Li; Vieira Out

Niveau 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Joao Vieira lost his stack in two consecutive hands, giving his bounty to Yan Li. In the first hand, Vieira hero-called Horst Hoefig's shove on the river, with the board showing {10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{a-Clubs}. Hoefid opened {a-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for top two pair and Vieira lost the pot with {j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}.

After the above hand, Vieira was left with 1.5 big blind and he committed a part of it, being in the small blind. Yan Li opened under the gun, and Ming Juen Teoh shoved from middle position, with Vieira putting the rest of his chips in the middle, while Li called too.

Yan Li: {a-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Ming Juen Teoh: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}
Joao Vieira: {j-Spades}{2-Diamonds}

The board ran out {10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{k-Diamonds} and Li hit a flush on the river to knockout two players.

Foxen and Riess In for Good Times

Niveau 11 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The single-day bounty turbo structure is attracting all kinds of players who are looking to get in some poker with a little fun as well. While Alex Foxen and Ryan Riess are mostly at King's Resort to participate in the high-roller events, they have both made their way into this tournament for now.

Foxen and Riess were both seen receiving their seat assignments with drinks in hand and Foxen has already nearly doubled his started stack. Riess, on the other hand, was forced to head to the registration desk for a re-entry after his first bullet didn't go quite the way he was hoping for.

Ferguson Returns With a Double Up

Niveau 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Chris Ferguson re-entered the event a couple of minutes earlier and he started a lot better this time.

He was spotted in a hand on the turn, with the board reading {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} and he bet 7,500 with Daniel Lahmani calling him.

The {k-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and Ferguson shoved all in for 10,000, with Lahmani calling again, only to muck his {9-Spades}{8-Diamonds} after Ferguson opened {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}.

Multi-way All-Ins Everywhere

Niveau 10 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Each and every table is seeing multi-way all-ins as players desperately look to grab a hold of some bounty chips and try to build up their stack before the registration period closes. There was one short stack all in for small main pot but and he was in tough with plenty of action on the side pot.

The flop read {7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and Byoung Kim jammed all in for 47,200 into the side pot that had just over 20,000 in it. Fabian Gumz thought for a minute and made a crying fold while Michele Di Lauro instantly flicked in a chip to call.

Byoung Kim: {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Michele Di Lauro: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
Big Blind: {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}

Di Lauro was currently in the lead but had many cards to fade after the {10-Clubs} landed on the turn. He wasn't able to do so as the {8-Hearts} hit the river and Kim made a flush to more than double up.
