Nicolas Bokowski

Nicolas Bokowski shoved for around 300,000 and Julien Martini, fresh from his double-up, re-shoved. The other players all folded.

Nicolas Bokowski: {q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
Julien Martini: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The flop {6-Spades}{10-Hearts}{j-Clubs} gave Bokowski a pair, but the turn {q-Spades} improved Martini to a straight. Bokowski was looking to fill up on the river, but the {7-Diamonds} saw him hit the rail in seventh place.

Christian Stratmeyer: {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Philipp Schwab: {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}

The flop {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades} did give Stratmeyer a gutshot, but he failed to improve on the {a-Hearts} turn or {k-Spades} river and he was eliminated.

Julien Martini had another player all in, this time it was Reto Herrmann for just under 500,000 in chips.

Reto Herrmann: {j-Clubs}{j-Hearts}
Julien Martini: {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

Just like in the previous all in, Martini held queen-ten, but this time he flopped the nut straight on {j-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}. The turn {7-Spades} and river {9-Spades} bricked and Herrmann was eliminated.

Emil Bise shoved for his last 300,000 chips and was called by Julien Martini.

Emil Bise: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Julien Martini: {q-Spades}{9-Clubs}

The board ran out {6-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Martini's rivered two pair was enough to send Bise to the rail.

The players are taking a short break before heads-up play begins.
