Howington Gets a Shove Through
Niveau 32
: Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Scottie Howington had lost two pots to drop below ten blinds and then found the Q♠Q♣ to raise it up to 360,000. Alfredo Vega Meister called in the big blind with J♠10♠ and spiked a gutshot on the 8♣7♦3♦ flop.
Vega Meister pondered about his move and checked. Howington jammed for the size of the pot and Vega Meister folded to get shown the overpair.
