Wooram Cho has already had some impressive results here at the 2023 World Series of Poker Europe at King's Resort in Rozvadov. He's cashed in six separate events so far, most notably having made the final table in Event #6: €5,000 Pot Limit Omaha, finishing seventh for €28,100. Today he continued on his succesful trajectory at this year's WSOPE by bagging the Day 1 chip lead for Event #10: €2,000 8-Game Mix, finishing the night 604,000 chips, worth 60 big blinds.

Cho has more than twice as many chips as nearly all other players going into Day 2, with the only exceptions being his two closest challengers, Dainius Antanaitis (497,000) and four-time bracelet winner Max Pescatori (355,000).
