Chris Brewer opened to 7,000 and Adrian Mateos defended the big blind.
Mateos check-called for 8,000 on the 8♣7♣6♦ flop and did so again for 30,000 on the J♥ turn.
That brought them to the 8♥ river on which both checked. Mateos tabled his J♠10♣ for jacks and eights, which Brewer had beat with A♦J♣ thanks to the kicker advantage.
