Kim Takes a Large One from Chidwick
Niveau 10
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
The pot had already grown to a sizable 490,000 chips when the action was caught on the 2♥6♣2♦7♣ turn. Hyunsup Kim and Stephen Chidwick then decided to each put 300,000 chips more into the pot, and they went off to the 4♣ river.
Both players knuckled the table and Kim showed J♦J♣ for two pair, jacks and deuces. That was enough to win the pot as Chidwick passed his cards face-down to the dealer, signaling his defeat.
