Rocco Valuebluffs Szekeres Out of the Main Event
Niveau 18
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
The action was caught when the completed board of A♠Q♥K♠5♥K♦ was already dealt. Michael Rocco had bet 374,000 chips, exactly enough to put his opponent Carsten Szekeres all-in.
Szekeres pondered his options for a while before announcing "I can't fold". Rocco tabled A♦3♥ for two pair, aces and kings, and Szekeres had to show his 3♠3♣ for a daring herocall.
"I guess he's not folding an ace," Rocco dryly remarked after Szekeres had exited the tournament area.
