Timothy Adams raised to 3,500 from the hijack and the action folded to Yerai Iribarren in the big blind, who made it 12,500 to go. Adams thought it over for a bit before putting in the call, and the players went off to a flop of 4♠6♠4♦.
Iribarren continued for 10,000 chips and Adams made the call. The K♦ turn then saw Iribarren increase his bet to 30,000, and that was enough to get Adams out of the hand.
The turn showed 8♠6♦3♠10♦ and Giuseppe Imperato check-raised from 12,000 to 26,000 with around 25,000 in the middle. Piotr Sztenkiel then pushed all-in on the button and Imperato quickly called.

The 7♣ river failed to improve Sztenkiel and Imperato doubled for 90,000.

Action was caught in the turn with a standard 11,200 in the pot on the 3♣5♣10♦A♠ board but fireworks soon began to ignite.
Anton Suarez checked from the small blind, and Yi Zhan Peng made it 4,000 from the button. Suarez made it 18,000 and called when his opponent three-bet to 34,000.
Suarez checked on the 7♣ river and quickly called when Peng bet 35,000.
Peng instantly mucked his cards and Suarez took in the pot without having to show his cards.
With around 45,000 in the pot on a board of 2♣3♥7♣K♣, Selahaddin Bedir bet 21,000 from the big blind and Virgile Turchi called in the cutoff.
The river came the J♦ and Bedir then slid forward a tower of yellow 5,000 chips, putting Turchi all in. Turchi had around 56,000 remaining and tanked for a minute before releasing his hand.
Florin Bilan opened to 3,200 from the button before Timo Kamphues three-bet to 12,700 from the small blind. Ole Schemion made it 27,600 from the big blind which folded out both of his opponents.
There was a reraise to 16,500 in front of Nikola Minkov and he then looked up the shove by Barny Boatman to put the Brit at risk.

The J♦9♦2♦ instantly delivered the goods for Minkov, who had little to fear on the 8♦ turn and Q♣ river.
Sonny Franco and Julian Margner were heads-up on a flop of 9♥J♠6♣ when Margner led out for 9,000 from the big blind.
Franco called in the cutoff and the J♦ fell on the turn. Margner then bet another 22,000 and Franco again called to the A♠ river.
Margner slowed down and checked, and Franco checked back and turned over J♥8♥ for trip jacks to win the early pot.
Joao Tomas open-shoved for the 8,800 chips he brought into Day 2 from under the gun. Bogdan Falconi then flat-called from the hijack before Sebastian Gaehl made it 24,000 to go from the cutoff. The action folded back to Falco, who folded to create a heads up showdown.

Gaehl made Broadway on 2♦10♣J♥7♦K♥ and sent Tomas to an early exit.
On another table, Ercan Atmaca also lost all of his chips early on in Day 2.
Yerai Iribarren opened to 3,300 and earned three callers in Weiran Pu, Timothy Adams and Renat Bohdanov.
The K♦8♠3♥ flop was checked to Pu and he bet 4,600. Only Adams came along and then checked the A♦ turn. Pu sized up to 9,200 and Adams tanked for one and a half minutes before folding.
