Pudel Enjoys River

Niveau 18 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Nils Pudel and Bruno Desimoni had created a pot of 275,000 chips preflop. Pudel then bet another 150,000 from the big blind on the flop of 962. Desimoni mulled it over for making the call from the cutoff.

The turn of J saw Pudel check to Desimoni, who took this opportunity to make a bet of 225,000. Pudel called before both payers checked on the A river.

Pudel showed AQ for a rivered pair of aces and Desimoni shook his head while passing his cards to the dealer, surrendering the pot to Pudel.

Angelou-Konstas Gets a Shove Through

Niveau 18 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Jacob Amsellem raised to 38,000 in the small blind and Ioannis Angelou-Konstas then pushed all-in from the big blind.

"I think it is one sixty-eight total, but let me double-check," the Greek said and then counted out his stack. It was 168,000 to go and both then started some table chatter.

"It is on a pay jump for €1,500, so take all the time you want," Angelou-Konstas joked, who had just participated in the €50,000 Platinum High Roller a few days ago here at King's Resort.

Amsellem eventually folded and was shown the 88.

The 7 turn and Q river then went check-check and Hulin tabled KQ for the winning pair, as Rezaei took one last look at his cards before flinging them into the muck.
