Robert Saffran opened to 8,500 from under the gun and Ilija Savevski moved all in for roughly 50,000 from early position. Saffran snap-called with a covering stack to put Savevski at risk.
Ilija Savevski: A♣5♣
Robert Saffran: A♠K♠
Saffran was ahead with the bigger ace and remained so on the 7♦6♦10♥6♥Q♣ runout to send Savevski to the rail and take down a decent pot.
Joao Tomas moved all in from early position for around 13,000 and Simon Wilson made the call one seat to the left.
The action then folded around to Yechezkal Yerushalmi in the big blind, who had most of his remaining stack already invested in the big blind and ante. The call was made and the cards were turned up.
Yechezkal Yerushalmi: 5♣2♣
Joao Tomas: 7♠7♥
Simon Wilson: K♠J♠
Wilson found a pair on the 6♥K♣9♣ flop to take the lead, while Yerushalmi had a flush draw. The Q♠ turn and A♦ river changed nothing, leaving Wilson ahead to score the double knockout.
With two players seeing a board of K♥K♦3♦ and roughly 11,000 already in the middle, Yuzhou Yin checked and Angelos Michael bet 3,500. Yuzhou Yin check-raised to 11,000 and Michael made the call.
Yin bet 16,500 on the Q♣ turn and once again Michael made the call.
The river was the J♥ and Yin bet 43,000, sending Michael into the tank.
After a few minutes Michael flicked in the call. Yin immediately mucked his hand and Michael was able to take down a colossal pot without having to show the winner.
With three players seeing a board of 8♠6♣10♥5♦ and just over 15,000 already in the middle, Samantha Algeri bet 5,400 from early position and received calls from Jakub Koleckar from middle position and Ilija Savevski in the cutoff.
All three players checked the Q♥ river. Algeri showed down 10♣9♦ for second pair and seemed surprised when both of her opponents mucked.
The next hand saw Algeri open to 1,100 from early position and receive calls from Stephan Kribben on the button, Dragoljub Martinovic in the small blind and Jan Tichacek in the big blind.
The flop came K♦J♣10♥ and action checked around to Algeri who fired a 2,200 continuation bet. Kribben folded, Martinovic called and Tichacek folded.
On the 3♥ turn Algeri bet again when checked to for 4,400 and this time Martinovic opted to fold.
Barny Boatman shoved for a bit over 5,000 from middle position and action folded to Oleg Mandzjuk, who three-bet from late position. Karo Nuri quickly went all in just behind him for his remaining stack and Mandzjuk called to put both Boatman and Nuri at risk.
Barny Boatman: A♦6♥
Karo Nuri: A♣K♠
Oleg Mandzjuk: Q♣Q♦
The Q♥8♦9♦ flop left both Nuri and Boatman drawing nearly dead. The 10♣ turn and Q♠ river needlessly improved Mandzjuk to quads for the double elimination.
Rasmus Aaroee opened to 300 from middle position and Andrzej Jedryczka three-bet to 1,100 from the cutoff. Didier Naegely called from the small blind before Aaroee four-bet to 5,300. Jedryczka made the call while Naegely got out of the way.
The flop came 9♥8♦2♦ and Aaroee fired a 3,500 continuation bet that was called by Jedryczka.
On the Q♠ turn Aaroee moved all in, covering his opponent's stack of 20,200. Jedryczka made the call and was at risk.
Andrzej Jedryczka: J♥J♦
Rasmus Aaroee: A♥A♠
Jedryczka was in rough shape drawing to just two outs, but got exactly what he needed when he hit a set on the J♣ river to secure a full double up and take the majority of Aaroee's stack.
