In the last hand of the previous level, Daniel Lehmann in the big blind battled with Martynas Brazdžionis in the hijack. They had 500,000 invested on the 1043 flop and Lehmann checked the 7 turn. Brazdžionis bet 500,000 and his opponent eventually folded.

"Bluffy bluffy?!" Brazdžionis exclaimed and Lehmann replied "What did you have?"

"I had a big hand," Brazdžionis declared and then nodded when Lehmann guessed it to be an overpair.

Cigliano Wins Three-Way Pot

Alberto Cigliano raised to 320,000 and was called by Omar Eljach from one seat over in the cutoff, Luigi Shehadeh also came along from the big blind. There was no action beyond that as they checked down the entire board of J7238.

Shehadeh showed the A4 which Cigliano had beat with the AK to win the pot. Also featured on the table is the current chip leader Artiom Poddubnii.

Yoseph Back on Track With a Double

Elia Salerno raised to 320,000 and Istvan Toth then pushed all-in for around ten blinds on the button. Berhane Yoseph called all-in for fewer than that and Salerno instantly folded.

The 854 flop gave Yoseph a flush draw, which he missed on the A turn. However, the 9 fell on the river and Yoseph doubled for 1,135,000. Toth had around four blinds left after that and hit the rail shortly after, as the field was reduced to the final four tables.

Marius Gicovanu limped out of the small blind and Daniel Lehmann added another 500,000 on top out of the big blind, which Gicovanu called.

The flop brought AK4 and Gicovanu checked, Lehmann instantly bet 900,000. What followed was the limp-shove by Gicovanu for 4,490,000 and Lehmann folded after asking for an exact count.

"Did you have ace-queen with the queen of spades?" Lehmann inquired but Gicovanu shook his head.

Hen Fades Many Outs to Triple Up

Ihar Khursin opened to 330,000 from the cutoff and Mikael Hen called from the small blind, leaving just 45,000 behind. Juan Lamprea defended from the big blind.

The flop came Q24 and Hen moved all in for his last 45,000. Lamprea called before Khursin raised to 360,000. Lamprea raised to 1,640,000, leaving only 420,000 behind, and after briefly considering his options Khursin opted to fold leaving Hen all in and at risk against Lamprea.

Hen was ahead with top pair but still had to fade any two, six or club from Lamprea, who had flopped bottom pair with a flush draw. The 7 turn and 9 river were clean and Hen secured a full triple up.
