Goossens Turns the Nuts to Double Off Heder
Niveau 20
: 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Mick Heder limped in from the button, then called when small blind Guy Goossens raised to 64,000.
The flop came J♣2♥10♦ and Goossens stuck in his last 62,000, with Heder calling to put him at risk.
Guy Goossens: A♦Q♦J♦9♣
Mick Heder: Q♥J♠8♥7♦
Goossens was ahead with his pair of jacks, ace-kicker, and the K♣ turn improved him to the nut straight as he secured a double up once the 3♥ completed the board.
