Goossens Gives It Right Back, Smuskovics Doubles
Niveau 21
: 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Guy Goossens limped in under the gun, then called when Daniel Smuskovics raised to 90,000 in the hijack.
The flop came 4♣5♠Q♣ and Smuskovics bet 230,000, leaving himself one 5,000 chip behind. Goossens called, then put Smuskovics all in on the J♥ turn. Smuskovics tossed in his last chip.
Goossens turned over 8♣7♠6♦4♠ for a straight draw, while Smuskovics had A♦10♥10♦4♥ for a pair of tens. The river was the 9♥ and Goossens missed his draw to give back the chips he had just earned.
