David went into the tank, but eventually called to find the Q♥ on the river.

Di Nicola checked, and David quickly checked back. But when Di Nicola revealed Q♠4♥ for top pair, David looked like he couldn't believe it. He showed K♠J♣, and saw the pot going in Di Nicola's direction.
