Liu Doubles Through Eljach (Again)
Niveau 29
: Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Omar Eljach opened to 400,000 first-to-act and Wing Po Liu announced a pot-sized three-bet to 1,440,000 from the cutoff. Action folded back around to Eljach, who made the call.
Eljach checked to Liu on the Q♠3♣A♠ flop and he went all in for 800,000 total. Eljach looked a bit pained, but stuck in a call to put Liu at risk.
Wing Po Liu: A♦A♣10♣4♠
Omar Eljach: K♣Q♥8♣8♥
Eljach was in rough shape against Liu’s set of aces and the 4♦ turn nor the 9♠ river changed anything — scoring the double up for Liu.
