Botez Busts Late
Niveau 14
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Ioannis Angelou-Konstas checked the 2♦Q♣9♣ flop in the big blind and called when Alexandra Botez fired 45,000 into the middle.
The 3♥ turn saw Angelou-Konstas check again, snap-calling when Botez moved all in for around 150,000.
Alexandra Botez: K♥J♣
Ioannis Angelou-Konstas: Q♠9♦
Botez was drawing thin after her bluff was called, with the 9♥ only improving Angelou-Konstas to a full house. Botez wished the table good luck, hitting the rail late in the final level of Day 1.
