Hissou Gets There on the River
Niveau 8
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Fahredin Mustafov opened from under the gun to 25,000. He was called by Orpen Kisacikoglu in the hijack and Sirzat Hissou in the cutoff.
"We've played this hand before. You [Kisacikoglu] have deuces and you [Hissou] have jack-three of spades" said Mustafov as the dealer fanned the 7♦6♣7♣ flop. Mustafov and Kisacikoglu checked to Hissou who bet 35,000. Mustafov folded and Kisacikoglu called.
Kisacikoglu check-called a bet of 85,000 on the 8♥. The 6♦ river was checked down. Kisacikoglu's 4♣4♦ was bested by Hissou's 10♥9♠ for a straight.
