State Makes the Right Call, Doubles Up

Memik Sezer raised from the cutoff to 4,500 and got called by Timur Margolin on the button, Wouter Beltz in the small blind, & Adrian State from the big blind.
On the flop of 7♦4♦8♠, Beltz checked and State led out for 4,000. Sezer folded, Margolin called, and Beltz got out of the way.
A 9♥ hit the turn and after State checked, Margolin shoved. State had around 40,000 remaining in his stack and took around two minutes before he finally decided to commit them all to the pot, which left him at risk.
