Luc Ramos raised to 15,000 under the gun. Achim Prinzing called from middle position, Marius Kudzmanas called on the button and Paolo Boi defended out of the big blind.

The 7♦J♦Q♣ flop was checked round to Kudzmanas on the button and he put out a bet of 25,000. Boi check-jammed for 75,000 which only Kudzmanas called.

Boi needed to find a diamond to beat the top two pair of Kudzmanas. Boi found one on the 10♦ turn, as he took the lead in the hand with a flush. The 2♠ came on the river and Boi had more than doubled up.

With around 35,000 chips in the pot on a flop of Q♦7♥3♠, Andrei Boghean and Eyal Bensimhon were playing out a hand from the blinds. Boghean checked, Bensimhon bet 10,000, and Boghean called.

Both checked the Q♠ turn to the 9♥ river. Boghean put out a small bet, which Bensimhon raised to 40,000. After thinking for a while, Boghean made the call.

Bensimhon then flipped Q♣J♦ for trip jacks, and Boghean mucked.

In a blind versus blind battle, Maria Lampropulos led out for 20,000 on a board of Q♠7♣9♣8♥ and Antonio Menga called.

The river was the 4♦ and Lampropulos bet 55,000. Menga then moved all in for 224,000, sending Lampropulos deep into the tank. She took several minutes until another player called the clock. Lampropulos eventually called and Menga showed J♦10♠ for a straight. Lampropulos sent 9♦8♠ into the muck as she handed over the double up.

Daniel Rezaei bet 8,000 from middle position on a flop of 2♦7♠7♥ and Edgaras Kausinis raised to 20,000 in the big blind. Rezaei called and the Q♥ fell on the turn.

Kausinis slowed down and checked, then folded when Rezaei bet 13,000.

The next hand, Fabian Gumz, who had just moved to this table, opened to 10,000 under the gun and Rezaei three-bet to 30,000.

"How did I know this was going to happen?" Gumz said.

"We don't f**k around at this table," Niklas Astedt added.

"We were roommates at a poker trip to Uruguay. We both make the final table and he said he'll stay away from me. He then three-bets me three times in a row," Gumz said as he folded.

Boris Angelov also joined this table as he was reunited with fellow 2024 WSOP Main Event finalist Astedt. "I think they gave me the wrong ticket," Angelov joked.

Kausinis then raised to 10,000 on the button, Angelov three-bet to 36,000 in the small blind, Kausinis moved all in for 95,000, and Angelov snap-called.

Kausinis hit top pair on the Q♦2♦3♠ flop to take the lead. "Four," Angelov pleaded, but he missed the 9♠ turn and 9♣ river as Kausinis doubled up.

Alessandro Pichierri opened from early position to 10,000 with Sebastian Gahl defending out of the big blind.

The action checked through on the A♣A♥9♦ flop to see the 3♥ come on the turn. Gahl led out for 20,000 and Pichierri called.

Gahl chose to check the 8♣ river, to which Pichierri put out a big bet of 125,000. Gahl quickly folded, and Pichierri pulled in the pot.
