Sergiu Covrig moved all in from the cutoff for 160,000. Nolan Curatolo made the call in the big blind.
Sergiu Covrig: A♣8♣
Nolan Curatolo: A♥K♦
Curatolo had Covrig outkicked as both made two pair on the runout of 7♦3♦A♠3♣5♣ and he was sent to the rail.
Vito Barone opened to 60,000 from under the gun and Nolan Curatolo defended his big blind.
Curatolo check-called for 55,000 on the K♦7♥6♦ flop before the A♠ turn and J♠ river checked through to showdown.
Curatolo turned over K♠10♥ but Barone bested that with K♥Q♦.
Martin Kabrhel was in the cutoff and asked De Han Kim and Albert Gil in the blinds how many chips they had behind. Gil didn't respond and Kabrhel asked a tournament official to make Gil stack up his chips in towers of 20. He then moved all in and both players folded.
"Live straddle," Kabrhel said a few hands later as he raised to 60,000. Everyone folded and he took down the pot. Tiberiu Tirca then limped in from the small blind, Kabrhel raised to 75,000, and Tirca called.
The flop came 9♣4♦4♥ and Kabrhel bet 80,000. Tirca quickly folded and Kabrhel took down another pot to climb past 1,000,000.
Tigran Harutyunyan shoved for 300,000 from the cutoff and Catalin Diac reshoved from the small blind with the covering stack.
Tigran Harutyunyan: K♣9♣
Catalin Diac: A♦J♣
Harutyunyan fell further behind on the 6♦5♠J♦ flop as Diac paired his jack, but he did pick up a gutshot straight draw on the Q♠ turn. However, the 6♣ river was no help, which meant Harutyunyan was out in eighteenth.
Diac, who was staring elimination in the face just a few hands ago, now has close to a million.
Ron Jeda opened to 50,000 from the hijack. Bogdan Roman moved all in from the big blind for 515,000. Jeda called.
Bogdan Roman: A♦5♦
Ron Jeda: A♣J♦
Jeda made two pair across the 9♠J♥9♦6♦6♠ runout to eliminate Roman.
Niveau: 25
Blinds: 15,000/30,000
Ante: 30,000
Ran Shahar raised to 50,000 in the cutoff, Ib Poulsen moved all in for 210,000 in the big blind, and Shahar called.
Ib Poulsen: A♦K♥
Ran Shahar: K♦9♠
The J♦10♦10♣ flop gave Shahar a straight draw, but he missed the 8♥ turn and 2♥ river as Poulsen doubled up.
Sergiu Covrig jammed as the bigger stack from the small blind and Musa Jusaj called off stack of 470,000 from the big blind.
Musa Jusaj: A♠Q♣
Sergiu Covrig: Q♥10♥
Covrig reversed his domination, making trips on the K♦10♣10♠ flop but the J♦ turn gave Jusaj Broadway and he doubled after the 5♦ river.
Martin Kabrhel raised to 50,000 under the gun and Bogdan Roman moved all in for 430,000 in the hijack.
After Kabrhel raised, he got up from his seat to watch Catalin Diac's all in on the other table. Ron Jeda then pointed out to a tournament official that Kabrhel shouldn't be allowed to leave the table with a hand in progress.
"I got up to do exercise. Nothing happened. Let's play," Kabrhel said. "You said that? I bust you next," Kabrhel said to Jeda. He quickly folded.
The next hand, Tiberiu Tirca limped in from the small blind, Kabrhel raised to 60,000, and Tirca called.
Kabrhel continued for 40,000 on the Q♥9♣5♠ flop and Tirca raised to 130,000. Kabrhel snap-folded once more.
