Tirca Gets Kabrhel to Fold the River

Martin Kabrhel raised from under the gun to 16,000 and Tiberiu Tirca called in the cutoff. Marius Schneider also came along from the big blind.
They went to a flop of 3♦7♥8♥ where Schneider checked, Kabrhel bet 33,000, Tirca called, and Schneider folded.
An 8♠ on the turn drew a check out of Kabrhel, then Tirca fired a small bet of 16,000. Kabrhel called.
When the 6♣ landed on the river, Kabrhel checked it over again, then Tirca took a while before he double-handedly slid out a bet of 150,000. Kabrhel quickly asked for a count but folded soon thereafter.
"Pocket sevens? Tell me you had pocket sevens." asked Kabrhel to Tirca.
"Yes, I had exactly pocket sevens," replied Tirca in a sarcastic way.
