Girard's Stack Yo-Yoing

Niveau 27 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Hugues Girard's stack is going up and down like a yo-yo!

First, Girard opened to 100,000 from middle position and Paco Kaplan shoved for 825,000 from the big blind. Girard called.

Paco Kaplan: A♣K♠ All in
Hugues Girard: 9♠9♦

Girard lost the flip as Kaplan made two pair on the K♥Q♦7♦Q♠A♠ runout.

Not long after, the action fodled to John Armbrust in the small blind who shoved, and Girard snap-called from the big blind for 355,000.

Hugues Girard: K♦7♥ All in
John Armbrust: 10♣10♦

"Tens?!' said Girard. Though he didn't need to worry as he paired his king on the K♣J♣Q♠2♣5♦ board, which kept him alive.
