The $10,000 buy-in, $10 million GTD Wynn Millions Main Event began with 1,075 runners, but headed into Day 3 just 154 remain in contention for the $1,655,952 first-place prize. All of those players will aim to finish in the top 116 to secure a min-cash of $22,029, and the money bubble will burst on Tuesday.

On Monday, 172 players returned for Day 2c action, but after three 90-minute levels of play just 87 remained with Jake Daniels , who began the day with 160,000, and his stack of 837,000 leading the way. That is a little behind that of Day 2ab chip leader Chad Eveslage, who bagged 939,000.

Others to make it through Day 2c were David Lambard (675,000), Kristen Nyman (525,000), Ben Hamnett (435,000), Alex Livingston (428,000), Athanasios Polychronopoulos (400,000), Jason Wheeler (330,000), Brock Wilson (296,000), Javier Zarco (250,000), Sean Perry (219,000), Shaun Deeb (186,000), Matt Berkey (70,000), Nick Schulman (106,000), and defending champ Andrew Moreno (185,000).

Of course, not everyone was so lucky. Among those to hit the rail on Monday were Chance Kornuth, Ryan Laplante, Tony Dunst, Larry Ormson, Xuan Liu, Noah Schwartz, and 2017 WSOP Main Event champ Scott Blumstein.
