Early Hand
When we wandered over to the suckling pig table to perhaps get a little taste of the wonderful looking Filipino food, we noticed that Aaron Benton, Daniel Laidlaw and one other player were involved in a hand on the table next to the pig.
The three players went to a flop and the first player to act checked it to Laidlaw. A bet of 525 from Laidlaw would see Benton call and the other player get out of the way as the was dealt on the turn. This time Laidlaw would check and Benton would throw out 1,025. A call from Laidlaw and the completed the board on the river.
When Laidlaw again checked, Benton would again throw out a bet. It was 1,750 to Laidlaw and he quickly made the call which would quickly prompt Benton to slide his cards into the muck. Laidlaw did the same and took down the handy pot.
