La 10ème PokerStars Caribbean Adventure débute aujourd'hui à l'Atlantis Resort sur Paradise Island aux Bahamas!avec une nouvelle édition du tournoi $100,000 Super High Roller.
Programmé sur trois jours, ce Super High Roller avait été remporté en 2011 par Viktor “Isildur1” Blom pour 1.254.500$ qui a annoncé ne pas souhaiter défendre son titre cette année.
En 2010 Eugene Katchalov avait été sacré champion grâce à un "2-outer" en heads-up contre son coéquipier de la Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu.
Selon les derniers bruits de couloir une quarantaine de joueurs devraient participer, le record étant de 38 entrées. Vanessa Selbst, Jonathan Duhamel, Scott Seiver, Philipp Gruissem, Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier, Justin Bonomo, Jason Mercier y retrouveront Phil Hellmuth qui dispute là sa première PCA et tentera de surfer sur ses retentissants succès en 2011.
Malgré un buy-in rédhibitoire de 100.000$, les rebuys sont autorisés et illimités ce qui pourrait permettre au tournoi d'afficher un prizepool encore plus conséquent pour ouvrir en beauté cette PCA 2013 qui fête son dixième anniversaire.
