We are back in the Casino Barcelona and ready for what be a dramatic day at the felt in the EPT Main Event. We'll bring you all the action as 24 players become eight, with Sebastian Malec currently a big chip leader with 5,640,000 chips, a considerable amount clear of second-placed Uri Reichenstein with 3,870,000. The two will share a table from the start of Day 5, along with Michael Addamo (3,245,000), who is fourth in chips.
Elsewhere in the field, we have November Niner Vojtech Ruzicka with 2,135,000 chips. He told us yesterday that reaching the final table would be "the best preparation" for his WSOP final table in November. If Ruzicka can make it, he'll have battled through an opening table featuring Morten Mortensen (2,075,000) and Andrea Cortellazzi (2,925,000) among others.
We'll play 90-minute levels until we reach those final eight players who will return tomorrow to fight for the EPT Barcelona Main Event title and €1,122,800 top prize! The PokerNews team continue to bring you all the drama, tension, and excitement until a winner lifts the trophy on Sunday evening.

Mikhail Molchanov Takes it on the Turn

Jean-Jacques Zeitoun raised to 85,000 from the cutoff and Mikhail Molchanov called from one seat over on the button. On the 
flop, Zeitoun continued for 130,000 and Molchanov called.
The 
turn saw Zeitoun look over at the stack of his opponent, then checked. Molchanov bet 180,000 and that forced a fold from Zeitoun.

De Rooij Opens The Day

At the feature table, Thomas de Rooij raised the first hand to 90,000 and picked up the blinds and antes. On the second hand, De Rooij raised again, this time from under the gun, Adrian Holozlu three-bet to 245,000 from middle position, and De Rooij folded.

Cortellazzi Triumphs Over Ruzicka

Vojtech Ruzicka made it 90,000 from under the gun. In the next seat, Andrea Cortellazzi called and so too did Pavel Plesuv in the big blind. The flop of 
saw Ruzicka continue for 180,000 and that was only called by Cortellazzi.
The turn of 
saw Ruzicka make it 365,000, again Cortellazzi called it off. On the river of 
, Ruzicka made it a massive 435,000. Cortellazzi took his time but eventually called and was shown for trips on the turn for Ruzicka, the November Niner.
Cortellazzi turned over 
and that was enough to see him rocket his stack to 4.13m. Vojtech Ruzicka is down to just over a million.

Konstantin Puchkov opened to 85,000 under the gun. Nuno Capucho called from the cutoff, and Olli Autiö defended his big blind. All three players checked the 
flop.
On the 
turn, Autiö led out 140,000, getting only Puchkov to call. The river 
prompted a 260,000 from Autiö, and Puchkov folded 
heads-up. The Fin silently raked in the pot.
