Marta Munoz Doubles Against Kabrhel's Ladies

Niveau 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Marta Munoz
Marta Munoz

Marta Munoz is one of two ladies remaining in the field along with Samantha Cohen. In a recent hand against Martin Kabrhel, she was able to beat a pair of ladies herself.

Munoz opened the action to 25,000 under the gun. Kabrhel who was next to act three-bet to 50,000. The action folded around to Munoz who declared herself to be all-in and Kabrhel wasted no time and quickly called.

Munoz: {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}
Kabrhel: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

Kabrhel was well behind before the flop, but his eyes opened a little wider when the {j-Spades}{k-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} appeared on the flop. While this counterfeited a queen from helping his hand unless he also paired the board on top of this to hit a full house, he gained a few more outs with a straight draw.

However, the {4-Hearts} on the turn and the {J-Clubs} on the river completed the board and Marta Munoz stayed alive with her pocket rockets holding and doubled her stack to 472,000. Kabrhel's stack took a dent down to about 700,000 after the hand.

Four-Bet Pot

Niveau 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Friedrich Meyer had what looked like a three-bet to 66,000 in front of him in middle position, and Anton Afanasyev had made it 145,000 to go on the button. Meyer thought awhile and called, and the two checked a {10-Spades}{8-Hearts}{q-Spades} flop. They did likewise on the {7-Spades} turn and {q-Diamonds} river, and Meyer showed {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}. Afanasyev flicked {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} into the middle.

Kabrhel Doubles Through Gierse

Niveau 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

Martin Kabrhel and Marius Gierse had a pile of chips in the middle on a board of {7-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}. Kabrhel wanted to add more to it, so he shoved all in from under the gun.

"Threes or sevens, huh?" Gierse said. "I guess ace-seven maybe."

Gierse did call the 295,000 with {a-Spades}{j-Clubs} but was indeed trailing {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}. Kabrhel improved to quads on the {3-Spades} river and dragged the massive pot. Gierse wondered if he could fold, but Kabrhel insisted he couldn't on that turn.

Dejan Pustoslemsek Eliminated

Niveau 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Slovenia's Dejan Pustoslemsek began the day with one of the shortest stacks with 305,000 chips. His stack dwindled early on during the first blind level of Day 4 before he got it all in with {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} against Andrew Hulme who was holding {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}

Pustoslemsek began to get up after the flop came {2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Spades} giving his opponent a set. Pustoslemsek's fate was sealed when the {2-Diamonds} appeared on the turn to improve his opponent's hand to a full-house. The {A-Spades} completed the board on the river to improve Pustoslemsek's hand, but not nearly by enough and he exited the tournament in 60th place for €17,600.

The prize collected by the Slovenian today more than doubles his career cashes mark according to The Hendon Mob. His only other cash came during the 2015 World Series of Poker Main Event where he finished in 970th place for $15,000.

Karol Radomski First Elimination of Day 4

Niveau 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Arne Kern opened from the cut-off to 26,000 and was three-bet by Karol Radomski to 68,000 and called. Kern checked the {A-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop before he called a bet of 70,000 from Radomski.

Kern led out after the {Q-Clubs} appeared on the turn for 50,000 before Radomski raised it to 200,000. Kern declared himself all in and had Radomski covered. Radomski quickly called his remaining 110,000 chips and turned over {A-Clubs}{k-Hearts} and was drawing dead to a win and very thin for a tie when Kern turned over {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} for the full house. The {7-Spades} completed the board on the river and Radomski was the first player to be eliminated on Day 4.

Radomski goes home far from empty handed after being eliminated in 65th place for €17,200.
