Niveau 8 : 400/800, 800 ante
Pete Chen
Pete Chen

Pete Chen has been busy, doubling his stack in the last two levels. His most recent chips came in a pot involving Anatoliy Zyrin and Vladimir Gordienko. Chen took it down after barreling on a {3-Spades}{5-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} board. Zyrin folded the flop and Gordienko passed on the turn, adding more to Chen's stack.

Kiselev Finds a Double

Niveau 8 : 400/800, 800 ante

Daniil Kiselev has been up, then down and now he is back on starting stack after winning a flip against Yaniv Peretz. Aleksandr Denisov opened the action and there were three calls, including one from Peretz, before Kiselev went all in. Only Kiselev called and they spun their cards on their backs.

Daniil Kiselev: {a-Spades}{6-Hearts}
Yaniv Peretz: {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}

Kiselev paired his ace on the {7-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{4-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{a-Clubs} board and survives to stay in the game.

Dmitry_Yurasov
Dmitry_Yurasov

There was a cutoff open and a button three-bet by Viktor Rizhih. Dmitry Yurasov was sat in the big blind and he moved all in. The initial raiser folded and Rizhih made a quick call.

Viktor Rizhih: {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Dmitry Yurasov: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}

There was no nine to be found on the {4-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} board and Yurasov counted out 38,200 to hand over to Rizhih.

Fritzler Finds Help

Niveau 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Sergey Menshov kicked things off with a cutoff open to 2,100. The button three-bet to 6,600 and Eugen Frizler liked the spot enough to go all in. Menshov called and the button folded and Frizler was the player at risk with the worst of it.

[Removed:207]: {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Sergey Menshov: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

Frizler connected with the {7-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop and with no queen on the {5-Clubs} turn or the {5-Hearts} river, Frizler took the pot and is just above starting stack now.

Denisov Takes Pot to Catapult Him Into the Chip Lead

Niveau 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Aleksandr Denisov
Aleksandr Denisov

Aleksander has soared into the lead following a clash with Jiayu Ruan. PokerNews didn't see the hand unfold but Denisov was kind enough to take us through the action.

It all began with a 2,200 open from Yaniv Peretz and Jiayu Ruan three-bet to 7,200. When it folded to Aleksandr Denisov, he cold four-bet to 32,000. The flop came {k-}{5-}{6-} and continued for 30,000, which Ruan flat called.

The turn was a {2-} and Denisov check-called another 30,000. The final card out was a {4-} and Denisov check-called once more, this time for 65,000. He tabled ace-king for top pair, top kicker and Ruan sent his cards into the muck. Denisov is the current chip leader after that pot and Ruan is left short.
