Kiviloo Felted by Dalfo Batlle

Niveau 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

On the tail end of a heads-up pot between Ladislao Dalfo Batlle and Rauno Kiviloo, the former checked the {7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Spades}{5-Hearts}{a-Clubs} river. Kiviloo pushed all-in for 8,200 and that sent the Spaniard into the tank. He mulled over his decision for a while and eventually made the call.

Kiviloo shook his head and said "well done" while exposing the {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. Dalfo Batlle scored the knockout with the {8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for a pair of sevens only to which Kiviloo added "I guess I don't have too many bluffs there."

Evans Doubles Through Brink with Pocket Aces

Niveau 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

With over 19,000 in a growing pot and a flop of {3-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}, Frederik Brink bet 9,500 from the big blind and Jerome Evans shoved for 33,200.

Brink spent a few minutes in the tank before he emerged with a call.

Jerome Evans: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}
Frederik Brink: {k-Diamonds}{9-Spades}

The turn was {10-Spades} and the river {4-Spades}, with no help for Brink, and Evans' aces held to secure the double.

Saby Wins Flip to Double Through Belek

Niveau 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

Antoine Saout kicked off the action with a raise to 1,200 and Laurent Saby then pushed all-in for the last 8,900. Bulent Belek in the small blind asked for a count and then moved all-in with the covering stack, which forced out Jason Wheeler in the big blind and Saout.

Laurent Saby: {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}
Bulent Belek: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Thanks to a board of {j-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds}, the pocket pair of Saby held up for the double. Wheeler mentioned in table chat that he folded pocket fours.

Game Over for Sitbon

Niveau 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

After taking the bigger hit not long ago, Julien Sitbon started to receive a massage but that one came to an early end as the Frenchman was spotted on his way out. According to other players at the table, Sitbon's {k-}{j-} had flopped top pair but it was no good on the {j-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{7-Clubs} board.

[Removed:354] raked in the pot as his {a-Spades}{j-Clubs} held the superior kicker, ending Sitbon's run in this event as he had already entered for the second time.

Bojovic Busto Against Turmezey

Niveau 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

With the cards already turned over, Davor Bojovic was the player at risk and his {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} were trailing. Peter Turmezey had the dominating {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and remained ahead on the {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{10-Spades} runout to eliminate Bojovic.

East Takes a Small Pot; De Laat Chipping Up

Niveau 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

With 4,100 in the pot and {10-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}, Jareth East and Bas De Laat checked from the blinds before Bruno Lopes bet 1,000 from middle position. East called and De Laat got out of the way while a {k-Clubs} dropped on the turn.

Both players checked the turn to see {8-Diamonds} on the river.

East fired 1,100 and Lopes folded to give him the pot, but all three players are above the starting stack on the day as the tournament nears its dinner break.

Yildirim Bows Out on a Flip

Niveau 6 : 200/500, 500 ante

Ilay Oz called raised to 1,300 and Henrikki Koistinen called from one seat over. Mehmet Yildirim then pushed for 11,600 and Oz moved all-in over the top to isolate.

Mehmet Yildirim: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}
Ilay Oz: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

"Come on, one time," Yildirim said while he filmed the showdown with his smart phone. However, it was Oz who nailed the {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{2-Spades} flop. Nothing changed on the {7-Clubs} turn and the {4-Spades} river only improved Oz to the nut flush.
