Rebollar Makes a Move

Niveau 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

On a completed board of {a-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{j-Hearts}, small blind Jose Rebollar moved all in, putting his heads-up opponent in the hijack, Sidar Alis, to the test.

There was 30,000 already in the middle, and Rebollar covered Alis' 25,000 remaining chips, so it was a tough decision for the Swedish player.

"You've got flush, huh?" Alis prodded, but got no response from Rebollar.

"Alright, I fold," Alis conceded as he showed {a-Clubs}{k-Spades} for top pair. Rebollar smiled and showed him {q-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} for just a pair of sevens for a bluff. Alis tapped the table and complimented his bet as Rebollar scooped in the pot.
