Hallaert Catches Campeau Making a Move

Niveau 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Action folded around to Luc Campeau on the button who shoved all in for around 50,000. Kenny Hallaert called in the big blind to put Campeau at risk.

Luc Campeau: {6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}
Kenny Hallaert: {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

"Come on," Campeau pleaded heading to the {7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} flop. "How bout a four?"

The board instead came {7-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and Hallaert won the pot with sevens and fives, ace kicker to bust Campeau just short of the money.

Berisha Busts Peters in Massive Pot

Niveau 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

The flop came {9-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Peters checked. Berisha continued for 45,000 and Peters shoved all in for 210,000.

Berisha went into the tank for about a minute before sticking in a call, showing {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}. He was ahead of Peters' {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs} and poised to take the tournament chip lead as the board ran out {5-Spades}{7-Hearts}, sending Peters to the rail in the biggest pot of the day.

Wurtz Gets Called with Worse

Niveau 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

On a completed board of {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{8-Clubs}, big blind Kasper Wurtz had bet 26,000 into a pot of around 85,000, and the action was now on Kevin Bergeron in late position.

"It's cheap. Very cheap, considering what's in there," Wurtz said, seeming to entice a call.

And it worked as Bergeron threw in a calling chip shortly after.

"I have a house," Wurtz announced.

"House is good," replied Bergeron as he prepared to muck. Wurtz then tabled his {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for a rivered full house with the eight.

"Wow you hit it on the river, eh?" Bergeron remarked as he threw in his cards and Wurtz was pushed the pot.
