Thorel Picks up Steam
Niveau 16
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Jean-Noel Thorel raised 115,000 and Kayhan Mokri made the call.
The A♠Q♦7♠ flop hit the felt, and Mokri check-called a continuation bet of 150,000.
Both players checked through the Q♣ turn to see the 7♦ river. Mokri checked before Thorel announced all-in which forced the fold.
The next hand, Mokri opened 75,000 and Thorel made the call.
When the A♣5♣4♠ flop landed, Thorel check-called 60,000.
The A♦ fell on the turn and once checked to, Mokri continued with aggression, putting 180,000 across the line. Thorel splashed in the call and the 10♥ hit the river. Thorel took the lead this time, dropping 300,000 across the line and Mokri snap-mucked.
