A few minutes after she entered the tournament, Leo Margets found herself in the big blind, facing Kelvin Kerber in the small blind.
On the flop Q♦5♠J♣, Kerber bet 500, and was called by Margets. Then on the turn 10♥, he checked. Margets took this opportunity to bet 1,100. Kerber quickly folded, and let Margets win her first pot.
Erik Seidel was in the cutoff in a heads-up pot against Loris Gauthier on the button on a flop of 9♠J♣K♦.
The flop checked through and both players checked again on the 3♦ turn. Seidel then bet 3,000 on the 4♥ river and Gauthier folded to earn the creative Poker Hall of Famer the pot.

With an array of chips already in the middle, Lin moved all in to send Chazmava into the tank. Eventually, Chazmava called with a bigger stack.
Lin showed 6♠6♦ for a set of sixes and Chazmava was forced to show A♣5♣ before surrendering the pot.
"You called me with ace-high?! You are my man!" Lin laughed as he gave Chazmava a fist bump.
"Good call?" asked Chazmava.
"Not this time," replied Lin. "No bluff this time. Dealer error."
Lucas Landa opened to 800 from the hijack and was three-bet to 3,000 by Gianluca Roggi in the small blind. Samantha Abernathy then cut out a cold four-bet to 7,400 from the big blind and placed it into the middle.
Landa and Roggi both folded rather quickly and Abernathy added to her stack.
Tom Orpaz has joined the Day 1a field after busting out of the €2,200 Estrellas Poker Tour High Roller.
Orpaz has had a good EPT stop so far, first finishing third in the €10,200 Mystery Bounty for €143,200 and later taking down €25,000 No-Limit Hold'em for €255,480.
Action was caught when Lucas Seire in the cutoff and Matias Chervin in the big blind flipped their cards, with Chervin being at risk with 14,200 chips.
