Koplimaa Shoves the First Hand

Niveau 28 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

On the first hand of Day 6, Oshri Lahmani opened to 160,000 in the cutoff before Markku Koplimaa moved all in from the small blind.

The dealer initially miscounted Koplimaa's stack and Lahmani went to muck his hand until a recount confirmed the amount of 1,460,000. Lahmani then thought about the decision for an additional few seconds and mucked again.

"It's early in the morning," Robin Ylitalo consoled the dealer, who apologized to the table.

A few hands later, Lahmani raised again to 160,000 and Mohamad El Rais defended his big blind. The flop came 3Q4 and Lahmani won the pot with a bet of 180,000, getting on the board for the day.
