Down to just a few blinds, Domink Nitsche raised to 60,000 from early position. Everybody folded to the chipleader Maher Nouira in the big blind, who shoved to force Nitsche to go all in. And the German player immediately called with his last 15,000 chips.
Dominik Nitsche: 4♦4♠
Maher Nouira: A♥Q♣
Nitsche's pair held on the flop J♦3♠5♥ and on the turn 5♦. But the Q♦ on the river gave a better pair to Nouira, to eliminate Nitsche on the bubble.

Sam Greenwood opened to 35,000 in the cutoff and action folded to Jules Dickerson in the big blind. "I'm all in, I don't care," said Dickerson as Greenwood snap-called for 190,000.
Sam Greenwood: A♠A♦
Jules Dickerson: A♣Q♥
"OK, now I care," Dickerson said after he was snapped by aces.
Greenwood stayed ahead as the board ran out 5♥Q♦10♠9♠4♥ to earn him the double as Dickerson let out a curious moan as the river hit.
"A queen on the river would've hurt," he told Greenwood.
"Yes it would," Greenwood replied. "I agree."

Maher Nouira opened on the button, and Dominik Nitsche defended from the big blind.
Nouira made a continuation-bet on the flop A♥3♠A♦, and fired a second barrel of 60,000 on the turn K♣. Nitsche check-called both times.
On the river 8♥, Nitsche checked again, and Nouira bet 150,000. Nitsche went into the tank for a few seconds, and called. But he quickly mucked his cards when Nouira revealed A♠J♣ for trips.

Vicente Delgado open-jammed a stack of 206,000 on the button and Kyle Cheong went deep in the tank in the big blind before calling off for slightly less.
Kyle Cheong: A♣10♣
Vicente Delgado: Q♣J♣
Cheong stayed ahead for the double as the board ran out 10♥4♠6♥A♦9♥ to leave Delgado with crumbs.
The next hand, Maher Nouira opened to 24,000 and Delgado moved all in for less as Cheong and Jules Dickerson both called.
Action checked down on the 3♦Q♥J♦ flop and 5♦ turn before Cheong bet 12,000 on the 6♦ river. Dickerson raised to 35,000 and only Cheong called. Dickerson showed a straight with 7♠4♦ to beat out the 9♠9♦ of Cheong and the set of Delgado with 6♠6♦ as the Spaniard was eliminated.

Artur Martirosian raised to 24,000 in the cutoff, but saw Sam Greenwood moving all in for 232,000 in the small blind. Martirosian stood up, asked for the count, looked at his opponents stacks and eventually called.
Sam Greenwood: A♥10♣
Artur Martirosian: A♠10♠
On 6♠9♥4♦J♥3♦, Martirosian quickly took his chips back directly on the flop as he knew it was going to split.

Jules Dickerson opened to 24,000 from the cutoff, and he was called by Maher Nouira in the small blind.
The dealer fanned a flop of 3♥K♥4♠, and Dickerson made a continuation-bet of 15,000. Nouira called. But when Dickerson fired a second barrel of 65,000 on the turn K♠, Nouira folded.
