Tomas had shoved right into Peluso's kings and left him looking for an ace to stay alive. He instead saw the board come out 8♠7♦8♣5♠10♠ as Peluso won the pot to send Tomas to the rail.

Alex Kulev opened from under the gun and Fabio Peluso three-bet to 47,000 from the next seat. Kulev responded with a four-bet to 117,000 and Peluso called.
Kulev sized down to 50,000 on the flop of A♦K♥10♣ and Peluso called. Kulev then checked on the 3♥ turn and Peluso checked back.
The 7♦ river completed the board and Kulev used a time bank before betting 35,000 for just a fraction of the pot. Despite the great odds, Peluso laid it down.
