Alex Kulev opened to 6,000 from under the gun and picked up calls from Boris Kolev, Nick Petrangelo, and Tom Orpaz in the big blind.
The flop came 10♦4♣4♦ and Kulev continued with a bet of 23,000. Kolev and Petrangelo quickly folded but Orpaz decided to check-raise to 60,000. Kulev announced all in for slightly more and Orpaz instantly dumped his cards to the muck.
