Lander Lijo opened to 5,000 in middle position and Andre Marques reraised to 15,000 in the cutoff. Lijo called and they went heads-up to a flop of {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}.

Lijo checked to Marques who continued with a bet of 9,000. Lijo check-raised all in for 65,000 and Marques asked for a count before making the call.

Lander Lijo: {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Andre Marques: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}

Lijo's pair of sixes was in the lead and the {10-Clubs} on the turn and the {2-Diamonds} on the river secured a double-up for him.

Aces Cracked Ousts Kamel

Tamer Kamel
Tamer Kamel

Jamil Wakil opened to 5,500 from early positon and was called by Georgi Sandev on his direct left. Danut Chisu then made it 46,000 on the bottom. Tamer Kamel called of his stack of 36,000 from the small blind. Wakil and Sandev opted to fold.

Tamer Kamel: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}
Danut Chisu: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Kamel was in great shape for a double up after being on the right side of a preflop cooler. It looked liked the pot was heading to his direction following the {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop and {q-Hearts} river. However, the {k-Hearts} river improved Chisu to a full house and secured the elimination.

"I can do it too," chimed a delighted Chisu.

Wakil and Sandev were chatting as the hand played out and they both revealed that they had folded pocket tens.

Three Way All-In Leads to No Eliminations

Starting the hand with around 70,000, Vladimir Bozinovic opened to 5,500 from under the gun before Apoorva Goel jammed for 15,500 from the button. Daniel Kyosev then jammed as the big stack from the big blind and Bozinovic quickly called for his tournament life.

Apoorva Goel: {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}
Vladimir Bozinovic: {a-Spades}{10-Spades}
Daniel Kyosev: {a-Diamonds}{4-Spades}

Goel's hand would remain best and he took in the main pot following the {6-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{j-Spades} runout. Bozinovic would take the side pot while Kyosev stack took a dent.

Back-Raise Backfires for Hocquaux

Grzegorz Kozieja raised from under the gun to 5,000 and Alexandre Hocquaux flat called next to act. Atanas Pavlov had different ideas and made the amount to go 19,000. The rest of the table folded and Kozieja put in the call. This is when Hocquaux decided to four-bet jam his stack in, worth 96,500. Pavlov quite quickly called his stack off for less, being 74,000 chips. Kozieje, who covered both opponents, thought for a good while before ultimately folding.

Atanas Pavlov: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Alexandre Hocquaux: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}

Pavolv was in good shape to get more than a double-up, and he did just so when the board ran out {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{8-Clubs}. Hocquaux on the other hand was left with just a few big blinds.

Oleksii Koiev raised it up in early position and Zhi Yi Ning stuck in a three-bet on the button. Florian Duta four-bet shoved all in for around 100,000 in the big blind which got Koiev to fold. Ning, however, quickly called to put Duta at risk.

Florian Duta: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Zhi Yi Ning: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

Not only did Ning have the better pocket pair, but he also had both of the suits covered. The board ran out {a-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{q-Spades} and Ning held with no sweat to claim a bounty and move into the chip lead.
