Schiavottiello Out With Aces
Niveau 22
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Vincenzo Schiavottiello opened to 45,000 from under the gun and got one caller, Miroslav Forman, from the hijack.
The flop came Q♥K♦5♠, and was checked by Schiavottiello. Forman opted to bet 40,000, and called when Schiavottiello raised it to 155,000.
A 3♦ on the turn led Schiavottiello to think momentarily before announcing "All in." Forman snap-called and turned over two queens, which prompted multiple gasps from the table as the Italian showed two aces.
Vincenzo Schiavottiello: A♥A♦
Miroslav Forman: Q♦Q♠
Forman made a full house on the river, as the 5♥ landed, knocking Schiavottiello out of the tournament in 188th place.
