2023 PokerStars EPT Prague
Niveau: 9
Blinds: 600/1,200
Ante: 1,200

PokerStars has unveiled the full schedule for the 2024 European Poker Tour (EPT) season, which shows five destinations, including a return to EPT Paris and EPT Cyprus. Both Paris and Cyprus made their EPT debut in 2023, and they return for 2024, much to the delight of the players.
EPT Paris is the first stop of the 2024 European Poker Tour season. It takes place between February 14-25 at a new venue. The stunning Le Palais des Congres has a 120-table capacity, meaning there will be a more extensive schedule for the festival. Cedric Billot, Associate Director for Live Events and Operations, believes the new-look EPT Paris could be one of the largest EPT festivals on record.
Players in the field have been sent on another 25-minute break.
Chinatsu Uda limped the small blind before Hanseok Ko dropped a stack of blues across the line. Uda snap-called her stack of 11,700 and both hands were tabled.
Chinatsu Uda: A♦Q♥
Hanseok Ko: K♣7♦
The board ran out A♣9♦8♦9♥2♠, sealing the double up for Uda.

There were 18,000 chips in the middle, as well as a board of 7♥8♠6♣A♥ when Thomas Harnes checked from early position to Andreas Van Zadelhoff on the button. The latter then fired a bet of 7,000 before Harnes put his opponent all-in, for 35,000 chips effectively.
A quick call followed from Van Zadelhoff and the pair showed down their cards.
Andreas Van Zadelhoff: 6♠6♥
Thomas Harnes: 7♦7♣
Van Zadelhoff had one out left, but he would not make quads on the Q♠ river. Harnes' superior set saw him chip up significantly, while Van Zadelhoff departed from the tournament.

After an open to 2,200 by a player in early position called by Mohamed Aissaoui in the hijack, Dragoljub Martinovic three-bet to 5,500 from the button. The initial raiser folded, but Aissaoui called.
The dealer fanned a flop of 3♣4♥5♠, and Aissaoui checked. Martinovic then pushed forward his pile of blue chips, forcing Aissaoui to go all in if he called, and he eventually did with his last 24,400 chips.
Mohamed Aissaoui: 9♠9♦
Dragoljub Martinovic: A♠A♥
Aissaoui called with a pair higher than the board but ran into Martinovic's aces. After the turn 8♥ and the river Q♥, Aissaoui was eliminated.
