The 6♠ turn brought a third six on the table and Thiess continued his aggression with a bet of 13,000. This time, it was enough to let Prvan fold his hand, awarding the pot to Thiess.

With 15,000 chips already in the pot, and a board that read 5♦K♥K♠8♥, Jonas Degen checked from early position to Jorge Postigo in the next seat over.

Postigo elected to bet 4,500 chips and Degen called after some thinking time.

The 7♣ river then fell and Degen checked once more. Postigo put his opponent all-in for 12,200 and Degen snap called.

Degen showed K♦Q♦ for trip kings, and Postigo reluctantly showed his A♣J♥ for a bluff. Degen doubled up while Postigo was left with less than 15 big blinds.

Johansen Makes a Believer Out of Kury

Tomas Chrobak opened to 1,200 from the cutoff and was called by Marius Johansen in the small blind and Martin Kury in the big blind.

Action checked through on the A♣3♥3♦ flop and Marius Johansen led out for 1,500 on the 3♠ turn. Kury called and Chrobak folded.

Johansen checked when the 8♥ completed the board and Kury bet 2,500. Johansen then check-raised all in — sending Kury deep into the tank.

"I believe you," Kury eventually said as he folded AxJx face up. Johansen collected the pot without showing.

Robert Binek then fired a big bet of 30,000 from the hijack before Philippe Le Touche put in his entire stack of 43,000. A quick call followed from Binek, and the players showed down.

Vojtech Kratochvil opened to 1,200 from middle position and was called by David Docherty in the hijack.

Both players checked on the 3♥5♦8♦ flop and 3♦ turn; however, Kratochvil fired 2,900 into the middle after the K♦ completed the board.

Docherty mused for a bit and eventually put in a single chip to denote a call. Kratochvil turned over A♦Q♦ for the nut flush and Docherty mucked upon seeing it.

"Nice hand. Remember when everyone used to fold on four-flush boards?" Docherty joked as Kratochvil collected the pot.
