With around 60,000 in the pot on a flop of K♥K♣4♦, Dimitar Danchev bet 25,000 from the hijack and Juan Pardo raised to 71,000 in early position. Danchev called and they saw the turn come 8♣.

Pardo then slowed down and checked as Danchev bet 40,000. Pardo called and the 10♣ fell on the river. Both players then checked and Danchev showed J♥J♦. Pardo tossed two fives into the muck as Danchev took the pot.

During yesterday's $20,000 event, Aleksejs Ponakovs picked up aces twice at the final table to double up. He hasn't stopped picking them up today, and it recently resulted in the elimination of Zhewen Hu.

Ponakovs had a raise of 37,000 in front of him from the cutoff and Hu moved all in for 250,000 in the hijack. Ponakovs snap-called.

Bryksin Doubles With Quads

Dmitry Yurasov opened to 11,000 from middle position with Ivan Bryksin calling from the seat next to him. Santhosh Suvarna squeezed to 42,000 from the small blind which both Yurasov and Bryksin called.

The action checked to Bryksin on the 10♦K♦2♠ flop and he fired out a bet of 52,000. Suvarna called but Yurasov folded.

Suvarna check-called another bet from Bryksin on the 3♣ turn, this time for 80,000.

The 2♣ fell on the river which caused Suvarna to check again. Bryksin shoved for 186,000 and Suvarna called.

Bryksin showed quads with 2♦2♥ as Suvarna mucked A♥K♣ for top pair.

Mokri Makes a Set on Delgado

After Vicente Delgado put out a bet on a flop of 9♣A♠5♣, Kayhan Mokri raised to 41,000 in the big blind and Delgado called in early position.

The turn was the 6♣ and Mokri bet 33,000. Delgado again called and both players checked down the Q♣ river. Mokri then showed 5♠5♥ for a set of fives and Delgado mucked.
